Portfolio Management Analyst

WTW is seeking a Portfolio Management Analyst to join their collaborative Investment team. The role involves supporting portfolio management and client service activities for discretionary investment accounts, with opportunities for professional development and exposure to the investment process. Responsibilities Monitor and manage portfolio exposures and trading/rebalancing activity across both multi-asset and asset class portfolios (such as equities, alternative credit, real assets, and liquid diversifiers), working with Operations as required to ensure accurate and efficient trade execution, settlement, and reporting Support investment strategy and asset allocation decisions for the client base, including multi-manager asset class portfolios and liability hedging portfolios Work with Portfolio Management and Manager / Asset Research Teams to develop proposals for portfolio changes, identifying and following up on areas requiring further analysis or research Gain exposure and working experience with portfolios of institutional investors, notably defined benefit and defined contribution investors Support the agenda, create materials, and contribute to discussions at Investment Committee meetings Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams, including responding to internal queries and providing timely updates on portfolio performance and strategy to the wider team Support and encourage your peers to create a culture of collaboration and success You will have the opportunity for professional and personal development through professional qualifications and access to our core learning and development curriculum Skills Recent and upcoming graduates and experienced hires are encouraged to apply We welcome applicants with any background and work experience Candidates must demonstrate their interest in financial markets, institutional investing, and investment management Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a desire to expand investment knowledge are required Progress or willingness to study towards CFA is strongly preferred Candidates must deliver timely and high-quality work through a combination of project management and organizational skills, collaboration, and effective oral and written communication A working knowledge of Microsoft Office (namely PowerPoint and Excel) is required Candidates must thrive in an inclusive team-based working environment Progress or willingness to study towards CFA is strongly preferred Benefits Health and Welfare Benefits: Medical (including prescription coverage), Dental, Vision, Health Savings Account, Commuter Account, Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Group Accident, Group Critical Illness, Life Insurance, AD&D, Group Legal, Identify Theft Protection, Wellbeing Program and Work/Life Resources (including Employee Assistance Program) Leave Benefits: Paid Holidays, Annual Paid Time Off (includes paid state/local paid leave where required), Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Other Leaves (e.g., Bereavement, FMLA, ADA, Jury Duty, Military Leave, and Parental and Adoption Leave), Paid Time Off Retirement Benefits: Contributory Pension Plan and Savings Plan (401k).
