Podcast Producer – Remote
Join a dynamic team as a Podcast Producer, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production of engaging audio content. This fully remote role requires a proactive professional who can manage all aspects of podcast creation, from concept development to final delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure each episode meets high-quality standards and aligns with the intended vision. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about storytelling through audio.
Responsibilities
• Manage the full podcast production workflow, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing episodes
• Coordinate with hosts, guests, and contributors to schedule and prepare for recordings
• Oversee audio editing, mixing, and mastering to ensure professional sound quality
• Develop episode outlines and scripts in collaboration with content teams
• Source and integrate music, sound effects, and other audio elements as needed
• Ensure timely delivery of episodes according to production schedules
• Monitor analytics and audience feedback to inform future content improvements
• Maintain organized archives of audio files and production assets
Skills And Requirements
• Proven experience producing podcasts or similar audio content
• Proficiency with industry-standard audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Audacity)
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality audio
• Familiarity with podcast distribution platforms and RSS feed management
• Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project needs
