We're hiring one person to do one thing: get great founders on the show.
The job
This is not a "send five emails a day and update a spreadsheet" role. This is a "find every email they've ever used, message everyone who works with them, send an engraved cake to their office, and show up at the event they're speaking at to get in the room" role.
Your entire job is booking guests. Your KPI is simple and singular: how many relevant founders you get into the chair. Everything else is noise.
You'll:
• Build the target list of founders and operators worth featuring, and own outreach to them end-to-end — entry point, pitch, follow-up, close.
• Find the way in when there isn't an obvious one. Cold doesn't scare you. A "no" from a gatekeeper is a starting position, not an answer.
• Track what target guests are doing — launches, raises, press, conference appearances — and time your move for the moment it actually lands.
• Get creative in ways most people wouldn't bother with. The unreasonable, memorable, slightly-too-much move that gets a reply is exactly the move we want.
Who this is for
• You are relentlessly resourceful and fully self-managing. Nobody needs to assign you tasks or check your progress — you build your own system and you deliver. Things don't slip through because you don't let them.
• You're dynamic and social. You genuinely enjoy the chase of getting hard-to-reach people to say yes.
• You're confident you can figure anything out. Experience matters less than the certainty that you'll do whatever it takes to get the result.
• Your English is excellent.
Experience in podcasts, talent booking, PR, or social media is a bonus — not a requirement.
