Podcast Editor - Sound Expert
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented podcast editor to join our team.
This is for an established podcast with strong creative direction and production support already in place. The format is unique and dynamic—not a standard interview style—so we’re looking for someone who can enhance storytelling through sound design.
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to shape mood and pacing using music, sound effects, and creative transitions
- Strong audio editing skills (balancing, EQ, cleanup, mastering for a professional final product)
- Someone who can contribute creatively, not just execute edits
- A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
Our current team is fully capable of producing episodes, so this role is primarily about saving time—but we also highly value creative input and would love to bring on someone who can elevate the show.
Bonus (preferred but not required): A general understanding or interest in ecology, environmental issues, and conservation is preferred.
