Podcast Editor and Audiobook Production Specialist (Post-Production, Graphics, Audible Prep)

I am launching a podcast and audiobook tied to my upcoming book, The DAF Revolution: Making a Difference in Our Modern World, and I am seeking an experienced audio and video editor to help with the following:

Podcast Editing and Video Preparation

Edit 20–30 minute video podcast episodes (audio and video)

Clean up audio: remove background noise, improve clarity, balance levels

Add simple, branded intro/outro graphics for the video version (for YouTube and social release)

Deliver final files in video and audio formats, ready for publishing

Audiobook Recording Support and Post-Production

Advise and coach me on best practices to self-record a high-quality audiobook (including mic setup, environment, recording tips)

Perform full audiobook post-production: editing, mastering, and preparing files to meet ACX/Audible standards

Deliver fully compliant, ready-to-upload audiobook files

Project Timetable

Podcast pre-production: August 2025

Podcast launch: September 3, 2025

Audiobook production: schedule to be finalized, with release no later than October 9, 2025

Skills Required

Audio editing and mastering (especially for speech and narration)

Podcast editing and video post-production (basic motion graphics, intro/outro work)

Familiarity with ACX/Audible submission requirements

Strong communication and ability to guide a non-technical client through audiobook recording and production

Portfolio of past podcast and audiobook projects

I prefer clear, collaborative communication with regular check-ins

Flexible to work on a per-episode or milestone basis

Open to long-term collaboration for podcast production beyond the audiobook project
