As a Data Entry Analyst, you will play a critical role in maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements by researching and communicating requirements to the HR Compliance team. This is a remote, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for: * Supporting the HR Compliance team with duties including acquiring fingerprint/background check results, processing FBI fingerprints, and maintaining relationships with TSA, airport authorities, and other stakeholders * Entering data into databases, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Conducting advanced investigations, creating custom reports and dashboards, and standardizing data for HR Compliance * Collaborating with clients and teams to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service * Reviewing completed fingerprint applications for accuracy and retransmitting fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse as needed **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in HR or a related field * Preferred experience with Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) and TSA Clearinghouse database * Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting * Ability to interpret large data sets and create meaningful reports * Excellent problem-solving skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **What We Offer** As a Remote Data Entry Analyst at arenaflex, you can expect: * A competitive salary: $26/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) program * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Remote work arrangement * Dynamic and inclusive work environment **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering.
