Planning Strategist

Continuum Media is a Managed Service TV advertising platform that simplifies the buying and execution of linear TV advertising. The Planning Strategist will be responsible for creating and managing TV media plans, collaborating with sales and internal teams to provide strategic recommendations and optimize campaigns. Responsibilities Build strategic TV media plans utilizing proprietary tools, data, and research Collaborate with the Sales team on accommodating RFPs and providing strategic direction Communicate with media partners regarding campaign parameters and platform capabilities Provide planning insight, pricing scenarios, and plan revisions as needed Collaborate with internal teams on campaign analysis and optimization Become an expert in the entire sales and operations workflow to effectively communicate with both internal and external partners Contribute to strategy and product development to help improve the team’s effectiveness with managing plan requests Skills Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on advertising, communications, or related field preferred 1-3 years media experience at either a cable/broadcast network, media agency, or similar platform Thorough understanding of all key media terminology and media math Detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills Proficiency in all Microsoft office properties with an emphasis on Excel Positive attitude with flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment Benefits 100% employer-paid premiums for medical, vision, dental and disability Participation in employee profit-sharing bonuses (subject to company performance) Life Insurance, EAP, HSA with employer contribution, Pet Insurance option Unlimited PTO Vacation Incentive Program Hybrid work schedule 401K company match Company Overview Continuum Media is a television advertising platform that provides solutions for brands to access and sources of television ad impressions.
