Position Overview As a Live Chat Agent at Blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and personalized assistance via live chat. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers have a seamless experience, resolving their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner. In addition to live chat support, you will also be responsible for inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers in real-time via live chat, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy. Provide accurate information about our products/services and assist customers in navigating our platforms to enhance their user experience. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on any unresolved matters to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve our products/services based on customer feedback. Input data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers and double-checking work to ensure accuracy. Essential Qualifications No prior experience required – we welcome individuals with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong multitasking abilities with the ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to quickly learn new software/tools.
