Plaintiff's Civil Rights attorney
Litigation Associate (Part-Time, Of Counsel – Remote) We are seeking a Litigation Associate to support an active plaintiff-side civil rights litigation practice. This is a part-time, fully remote, of-counsel role, with the potential to grow into full-time if the fit is right. Core Responsibilities • Conducting client interviews • Drafting pleadings and briefs • Making court appearances as needed This is substantive plaintiff-side litigation work, not document review or résumé padding. Experience Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of practice experience • Hands-on civil litigation experience required Required Skills • Strong command of Civil Procedure • Ability to conduct effective client interviews independently Supervision & Work Style • Close supervision initially • Fully remote position • High expectations for reliability, responsiveness, and follow-through Compensation • $50-100 per billable hour, depending on experience, with increases as we get to know you. Deal Breakers • Dishonesty • Unreliability • Unavailability to appear on court. Important Note This is not a full-time role at the outset. It may evolve into one, but only if it works for both sides.
