Our PL Operations team is currently seeking an Associate Account Development Consultant to join our team. This is a full time, exempt role. This position is eligible for a fully remote arrangement. The actual job title and level may be flexible dependent on candidate qualifications and experience (Agency Development Consultant) POSITION OVERVIEW: The Associate Account Consultant is a member of the Agency Development Consulting team for the customer service center. Reporting to the director, PL Operations, CSC agency development, this position is responsible for helping to deliver a best-in-class experience for our agents enrolled in the Customer Service Center (CSC) and to drive their overall engagement with our organization. This role will collaborate with teammates and other Personal Lines stakeholders, to help provide agents with the tools, resources, and support they need to be successful. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: • Partner with the Agency Development Consultants and develop and maintain strong relationships with agents and territory sales managers. Provides support in the coordination and execution of new agency prospecting, agency enrollments and on-boarding, agency training, meeting set up, and agency marketing designed to improve agency satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement as it pertains to the Customer Service Center • Work with the Agency Development Consultants to create and curate sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials. Maintain a central repository of resources accessible to help increase agency engagement. • Organize events, webinars, and workshops to foster agent engagement, and to celebrate agent achievements and milestones. • Monitor agent performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to track agent success and adjust strategies accordingly. • Responds to agent Customer Service Center related questions and help coordinate in troubleshooting service issues. Travel with, and sometimes without the Agency Development Consultant within assigned territory to meet with agency staff. WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: • 2-4 years industry experience with a client service mindset and desire to take on challenging projects • Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a similar role. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to develop solid working relationships with agents and various levels of leadership. • Passion for enhancing the agent experience and driving results.
