Pipeline Support Analyst - Mortgage

About the position

The Pipeline Support Analyst provides pipeline management support to assigned processing teams by reviewing reporting, analyzing loan stage progression, fielding sales partner inquiries, and alerting management to potential delays. This role is responsible for targeted, day to day oversight of the pipeline to ensure loans move efficiently though each stage of the process and customer commitments are met. Please note position is hybrid (in office 4x per week) to Jacksonville, FL - Mount Laurel, NJ - Charlotte, NC - Greenville, NC - or Lewiston, SC

Responsibilities
β€’ Responsible for overseeing the day to day management of all assigned pipelines and/or loans
β€’ Provides additional daily leadership to processors/underwriters/closers with regards to all process, reporting and workflow items
β€’ Can function as short term management coverage as needed – pipeline and/or role managers
β€’ Identifies and escalates breaks in process, procedure or policy
β€’ Supports the commitment to WOW! Service by meeting or exceeding established Operational Metrics
β€’ Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely loan delivery
β€’ Provides training and/or guidance to team members and sales staff (this includes management level team members)
β€’ Adheres to all audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements
β€’ Lending authority required in accordance with the Bank's Retail Lending Authority and Exception Approval Policy
β€’ Develops and maintains strong business relationships with Retail, Product, and other business partners, facilitates partnership meetings – works for operations, works with sales
β€’ Serves as escalation point for customer complaint resolution
β€’ Reviews all required documents, such as, borrower documents, D/U & LP findings, title and HOI to determine next steps in loan journey
β€’ Validates all documents required by underwriting are present, accurately indexed and meet the stated underwriter requirements
β€’ Ensures all data fields required by each stage in the loan journey are complete
β€’ Interacts with vendors providing service on the loan transaction, obtain necessary documentation including Home Owners Insurance providers, Title companies, Home Owners Associations when required
β€’ Ensures all services required for the loan transaction are ordered timely
β€’ Documents all interactions on the loan transaction
β€’ May assist in training of more junior operations staff
β€’ May participate as SME representatives in various projects/initiatives

Requirements
β€’ High school diploma or GED
β€’ 3 plus years loan documentation experience
β€’ Demonstrated knowledge of Bank loan products and policies
β€’ Demonstrated knowledge of lending software
β€’ Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
β€’ Ability to handle heavy workload and meet stringent deadlines – sense of urgency
β€’ Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with all customers, both internal and external
β€’ Solid knowledge and understanding of states regulations
β€’ Proficient PC skills
