Physical Therapist, PT
Job Description: • Conduct thorough evaluations of students' mobility, strength, balance, and coordination. • Develop personalized treatment plans and goals tailored to students' specific needs and abilities. • Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve students' motor skills, range of motion, and functional independence. • Provide direct one-on-one therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions as appropriate. • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to integrate therapy goals into students' educational plans. • Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes. • Document therapy sessions, progress reports, and other relevant information accurately and in a timely manner. • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and provide input regarding students' physical therapy needs.
