Location: 100% remote - Michigan-based candidates only

Engagement Description ย
This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center. Our goal is to handle Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations. Our timeframes are extremely tight (urgent 24 hours, standard 72 hours).
Additional Duties ย
ย Work on the pharmacy help desk handling prior authorization requests from doctorsย offices.
ย Requests are received via fax, mail, email, phone and electronic PA system
ย Receive and respond to member questions about their pharmacy benefit
ย Work from home ย private and quiet workspace required
ย Ability to work 8.5 hours starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 9pm.

ย Retail Pharmacy experience ย at least 2 years
ย Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
ย Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes

ย Ability to multi-task
ย Willingness to accept change
