[Remote] Account Executive

They are seeking an Account Executive to support a portfolio of medium-to-large size accounts, providing program management support, customer service, and data analysis. Responsibilities Monitor customer feedback to identify and resolve issues Review and resolve discrepancies, i.e. credit card reconciliation Work with customers to either develop a business plan or support the execution of the plan, when applicable Communicate updates and escalate when necessary Establish and maintain relationships with key customer contacts Work with CRM tools and thorough knowledge of appropriate technology enablers Analyze and develop plans specific to client needs from a project experience standpoint Support the program management team to include but not limited to research, information and data gathering, analyzing data, preparing client reviews and presentations, requesting and validating ad hoc financial and management reports, customer metrics management, maintaining data sources, maintaining updates in CRM tool, creating and managing surveys, assisting with projects, and MS Office support Facilitate effective communication with all levels of program management team Skills Knowledge of project management and BCD Travel Products and Services Extensive knowledge of travel industry dynamics obtained through agency or procurement experience as well as business analysis and financial acumen Skilled in using Excel for reporting purposes and creating PowerPoint slide decks as needed Experience with Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools is a plus Good command of the English language Communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization Knowledgeable in client technology tools You have a College, Associate, or University degree or equivalent experience Benefits Flexible working hours and work-from-home or remote opportunities Opportunities to grow your skillset and career Generous vacation days so you can rest and recharge A compensation package that feels fair to you, including mental, physical, and financial wellbeing tools Travel industry professional perks and discounts An inclusive work environment where diversity is celebrated Company Overview BCD Travel is a Leisure company.
