Responsibilities
? Assist the pharmacist in the practice of pharmacy under direct supervision.

? Use pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

? Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.

? Model and share customer service best practices with team members.

? Perform duties assigned by Pharmacy Manager, Staff Pharmacist, and Store Manager.

? Report prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies regarding pharmacy errors.

? Register all related sales on the assigned cash register and handle cash as required.

? Assist in inventory management activities, including ordering and unpacking pharmaceuticals.

? Assist pharmacists in administering clinical services and coordinating with healthcare providers.

? Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Pharmacy Department.
Requirements
? Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

? Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Nice-to-haves
? Six months of experience in a retail environment.

? Prior work experience with Walgreens.
,
? Good math skills for accurately filling prescriptions.

? Good computer skills.

? Knowledge of store inventory control.

? PTCB certification.
