This Pharmacy Technician Role is within a remote contact center.
Hbyrid Role - Required to be in the office 2 days a week
We service Client of Michigan and Client Network Medicare Part D Members and Providers.
Handle inbound mail related to M3P program, as well as Member and Provider inquiries concerning benefits and coverage determinations.
Monday thru Friday 8am and as late as 6pm. On-site on rotational basis.
Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
Required Experience:
Retail Pharmacy experience – at least 2 years
Good computer skills (Typing, outlook, excel, etc)
Good fundamental knowledge of drug names and drug classes
Exceptional Customer Service
Willingness to accept change
Call center experience
Client knowledge
CPhT preferred (Certified Pharmacy Tech licensed).
