Pharmacy Owner Partner, Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Program
We are partnering with independent pharmacy owners who want to offer Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) to eligible patients while we handle the heavy lifting. Our team provides the devices, supports ongoing monitoring workflows, and manages all billing and back-end operations. Your pharmacy earns a flat monthly rate for each patient review completed as part of the program.
This is a simple, scalable way for your pharmacy to expand services, improve patient engagement, and generate consistent monthly revenue without adding administrative burden.
What We Provide
• All RPM billing and program administration
• RPM devices and supply fulfillment (including tools to support adherence and monitoring)
• Patient enrollment support and process guidance
• Ongoing program support and reporting
What Your Pharmacy Does
• Identify and refer eligible patients (we provide guidance on who qualifies)
• Complete a monthly patient review (quick review and documentation step)
• Support patient engagement as needed, using our workflow
