Pharmacy Customer Service Representative (Weekend Remote)

As a full-time remote employee, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home on weekends, with a schedule that includes alternating weekends on a 4-day, 10-hour shift.
About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:
Manage claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring accurate and efficient service
Assist pharmacies with medication adjudication and coordinate with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure seamless benefit assignment
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and claimant information in multiple systems
Adapt to changing processes and client needs, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence
Requirements:
3+ years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficiency in computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to ask relevant questions and provide clear responses
Strong written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in workers' compensation law
Editing skills
