Personal Training / Exercise Science Professional
About the position Responsibilities • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions to members and prospective members. • Help build StretchLab membership and retain clientele through high-level sessions and relationship building. • Educate members during sessions to provide value and enhance their experience. • Manage client care, including note-taking for optimal outcomes in subsequent visits. • Book clients' recurring appointments and maximize membership utilization. • Ensure client safety through proper technique during sessions. • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations. • Clean and maintain all equipment. Requirements • Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physiology, or a related field. • Valid Massage Therapy License or equivalent certification. • Passion for fitness, wellness, flexibility, and mobility. • Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills. • Professional work ethic including reliability, teamwork, and punctuality. • Availability to complete the Flexologist Training Program. Nice-to-haves • Experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Trainer. • Background as a Physical Therapy Assistant or PT graduate student. • Experience as a Massage Therapist. • Knowledge in Sports or Chiropractic medicine. • Experience as a Pilates or Yoga instructor.
