Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

Remote Full-time
Are you a rockstar paralegal, ready to take your career to the next level? Do you have an eagle-eye for spotting issues? A natural ability to solve problems?

We’re looking for the best of the best to join our high-volume litigation team.

At our firm, paralegals play a major role in helping us achieve justice for injured people and are deeply appreciated. This is an opportunity to shine, as part of a collaborative team.

We offer:

Robust training, mentorship, & professional growth opportunities.

Flexible schedules & ability to work remote/hybrid/in office – you choose.

The opportunity to go to trial & work alongside well-respected attorneys.

Deep resources; honed processes; powerful, intuitive technology; & support from legal assistants.

Competitive salary & benefits (such as comprehensive health insurance, paid family leave, 401k with match, and more).

What the day looks like:

No two days are the same. You’ll work closely with 2-3 of our litigation attorneys, helping build our litigation cases, as you gather evidence, review records, communicate with clients, liaise with experts, schedule mediations, prepare for and attend trials, and more.

This is more than taking orders. Your job is to think critically and investigate to help uncover the truth.

It’s exciting, fast-paced, and a good fit for organized, driven paralegals who want to make an impact on cases and clients’ lives.

Who we are:

We’re a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ firm and were recently voted a Best Place to Work. Our President was named one of the state’s most influential business leaders and has been recognized for advancing diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.

Besides looking for high achievers, we’re also looking for good people. People with character, strong values, and who are good teammates. And kind. Our employees genuinely care for our clients and for each other.

Requirements:

1+ years of litigation paralegal experience, personal injury plaintiffs preferred.

Must reside within NC within reasonable driving distance to Durham or Raleigh office.

Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays.
