About the Role We are hiring 25 Personal Bankers and Business Bankers to join our growing team through our Boots to Banking Program. This is a full-time, 100% remote, commission-based role with earning potential between $65,000 and $150,000 annually based on performance. You will serve as a dedicated financial resource for veterans and military families, helping them navigate VA home loans, life insurance products, personal banking, and business lending. This is not a desk job pushing paper. This is a career built on relationships, mission, and impact. All new hires go through our 8-week hybrid training program combining self-paced online coursework with live collaborative sessions. We will prepare you to obtain all required financial services licenses including your NMLS mortgage license, state insurance license, and applicable Series exams - fully supported every step of the way.
