We are seeking a highly organized, proactive assistant to support daily operations and content execution.
Content SupporT
• Assist with filming setup (camera, lighting, kitchen prep)
• Organize ingredients and props for shoots
• Upload and organize media files
• Help schedule posts and manage content calendar
Business Operations
• Manage emails and communications
• Coordinate brand partnerships
• Organize documents and spreadsheets
• Assist with product launches and order fulfillment
Household / Personal Support (if applicable)
• Organize home office and inventory
• Run occasional local errands
• Support event or family scheduling
