They are seeking an Analytics Engineer, Marketing & Growth to build data products and pipelines that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and maintain marketing data pipelines that transform raw data into trusted, actionable business insightsDevelop scalable data models within Snowflake and dbt that support marketing, customer, and growth initiativesBuild and manage audience activation workflows that deliver customer segments and attributes into Salesforce, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing CloudOwn marketing data delivery through to end-user platforms, ensuring audiences, attributes, and campaign data are accurate and reliableCreate dashboards, datasets, and self-service reporting tools that enable marketing and growth teams to independently answer business questionsPartner with Growth teams to optimize rental demand generation, campaign effectiveness, direct booking performance, and channel strategyEnsure the quality, integrity, and compliance of customer data used across marketing programs and customer communicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable data solutionsContinuously improve automation, reliability, and operational efficiency across marketing data workflowsSkills3+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, analytics, or a related fieldAdvanced SQL expertise with the ability to work confidently across large and complex datasetsStrong experience with modern cloud data platforms such as Snowflake and transformation tools such as dbtDeep understanding of data modeling principles and experience building production-grade analytics solutionsExperience working within collaborative engineering environments utilizing code reviews, pull requests, and shared development standardsStrong problem-solving skills with a passion for automation, scalability, and operational excellenceExcellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical stakeholdersA business-first mindset that prioritizes stakeholder outcomes and measurable impactCuriosity and enthusiasm for incorporating AI and emerging technologies into day-to-day workExperience supporting marketing, growth, CRM, or customer lifecycle initiatives through data and analyticsExperience with audience activation or reverse ETL platforms such as Hightouch or similar technologiesExperience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or comparable customer engagement platformsExperience building dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Sigma, or similar platformsFamiliarity with customer identity resolution, customer data platforms, consent management, or customer profile initiativesExperience in hospitality, travel, subscription, or customer-centric industriesFamiliarity with product analytics platforms such as PostHog or similar solutionsExposure to customer acquisition, marketing attribution, campaign measurement, and growth analyticsCompany OverviewVacatia is the resort marketplace for vacationing families, whose mission is to make family vacations better It was founded in 2013, and is headquartered in Mill Valley, California, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
