Performance Test Lead
About the position Responsibilities • Lead performance testing efforts for applications built on the Microsoft tech stack (.NET Core, SQL Server, Azure), ensuring scalability and reliability. • Design and implement performance test strategies and plans, including load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing. • Develop and maintain automated performance tests using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio, or Azure DevOps Load Testing. • Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks, collaborating with architects and development teams to recommend optimizations. • Monitor application performance in pre-production and production environments, ensuring optimal user experience and system stability. • Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, findings, and actionable recommendations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. • Minimum 7+ years of experience in performance testing and optimization for enterprise applications. • Strong expertise in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Visual Studio, Azure DevOps Load Testing) and Microsoft tech stack (.NET, SQL Server, Azure). • Proven ability to design and execute performance test strategies, analyze results, and collaborate with development teams to optimize application performance.
