**Responsibilities:**
As an Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS, you will be responsible for:
* Researching settlement transactions to resolve customer inquiries and issues
* Escalating complex customer issues to senior team members or other departments as necessary
* Coordinating training for Operations Customer Service Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service
* Updating and maintaining department procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and careerzynith policies
* Researching and reconciling settlement services general ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
**Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 3 or more years of financial operational experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, or accounting)
* Experience with settlement of monetary transactions and general ledger research
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
