Performance Media Coordinator
Pansophic Learning is seeking a Performance Media Coordinator, an early-career individual contributor responsible for supporting paid search and paid social execution. This role focuses on ensuring campaigns are launched accurately and maintained consistently while collaborating with various teams to optimize performance.ResponsibilitiesAssist in building and maintaining campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and emerging platforms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the setup processSupport keyword research, preliminary ad copywriting, audience configuration, placement selection, and creative trafficking, contributing to early-stage campaign developmentConduct rigorous QA across naming conventions, targeting settings, budgets, URLs, UTMs, conversion events, and platform governance to ensure campaigns launch cleanly and track effectivelyMonitor pacing, identify anomalies, and surface data-driven insights to the Specialist for review and potential optimization actionMaintain creative libraries, asset trackers, UTM consistency records, and documentation repositories to support cross-functional visibility and audit-readinessSupport weekly dashboards, data pulls, performance reporting, insight summaries, and enrollment trend monitoring to help the team maintain a proactive understanding of funnel healthCoordinate closely with Creative, Enrollment, Analytics, CRM, and local field teams to ensure assets, messaging, and campaign requirements are delivered on time and with full accuracyAssist with seasonal calendar planning, community-level messaging needs, and adjustments across the three business unitsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field1–2 years of digital marketing experience; internships and applied coursework acceptedFamiliarity with paid search or paid social platforms and a strong desire to advance into deeper channel expertiseStrong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExperience supporting paid search or paid social execution in any capacityBasic familiarity with analytics tools, CRM systems, or dashboardsUnderstanding of multi-location marketing, education marketing, or localized community outreachBenefitsMedical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401(k) retirement planLife insuranceLong-term disability insuranceShort-term disability insurance10 paid holidays annuallyPaid Time Off to cover sick, vacation, and personal absences.4 unique health insurance plans to choose from that cover a wide range of deductibles and co-insurance levels.Company OverviewA for-profit charter management organization with schools in the United States, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
