We're looking for a Performance Marketing Expert (Consultant) with proven B2C growth experience to help us drive qualified traffic and user sign-ups at the best possible CAC-to-LTV ratio. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of hands-on experience scaling consumer-facing products and knows how to achieve growth efficiently across multiple acquisition channels. Key Responsibilities • Audit and optimize existing B2C acquisition channels : Organic and Paid channels (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.). • Design and execute cost-efficient campaigns focused on reducing CAC while improving LTV. • Identify, test, and scale new consumer growth channels (TikTok, Reddit, YouTube influencers, newsletters, referral programs, etc.). • Implement A / B testing, conversion tracking, and retargeting strategies. • Collaborate with the content and product teams to improve conversion funnels and onboarding flows. • Develop clear reporting dashboards tracking CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion rate, retention, and traffic quality. • Provide weekly performance insights and actionable growth recommendations.
