* Handle new prescription requests and reorders, including verifying and updating patient information, confirming insurance coverage, and communicating with patients and healthcare providers as needed
* Collaborate with internal teams, including pharmacy, insurance, and medical staff, to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient requests
* Utilize Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and email, to manage patient information and communicate with patients and healthcare providers
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and careerzynith policies
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
* One year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams
* Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Windows, Microsoft Office, and email
* One year of experience with keyboarding, typing, and data entry
