Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to PepsiCo products and services.

  • Assist customers with order status, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and resolutions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, logistics, and technical support, to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and ensure long-term satisfaction.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals, including response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction metrics.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the food and beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.

  • Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) is a plus.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in using computers, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free from distractions.
