Administrative Business Partner (Contract)

From day one, you will be instrumental to the success of our team. This dynamic and fast-paced role will focus on keeping the team organized, informed, and on task. You should be comfortable juggling... multiple priorities, have the ability to manage last-minute escalations, and effectively partner with other team members across the organization to get things done.

Responsibilities
Partner and communicate with our distributed team of instructors
Manage a project tracker, keeping up to date with concurrent initiatives
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient workflow across ongoing projects
Manage complex class schedules across our 4 locations (and growing!)
Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
Organize space planning, strategic offsite events, and team meetings
Book dance studios across multiple locations
Build cross-functional relationships between departments
Communicate key updates internally and externally as needed
Time Commitment
This is an independent contractor position and will require 10 hours per week.
