ā¢ Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
ā¢ Education Details: Information Technology or Computer Science
ā¢ Experience: 5 years' experience with software development, basic coding and compilation, software architecture/design, user requirements definition and software specification development. Looking for Pega RPA developer. Certified Pega developer is a plus.
ā¢ In Lieu of Education
ā¢ In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Must have Qualifications
ā¢ Experience in Pega RPA development, managing pega servers and upgrading them.
ā¢ Experience in understanding the Pega workflow and proficient in creating new BOTs with in short time.
ā¢ Certification as Pega developer is preferred.

ā¢ Ability to communicate technical requirements to all levels of expertise., Advanced
ā¢ Proficient in establishing and maintaining good working relationships., Advanced
ā¢ Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)., Advanced
ā¢ Proficient with integrating complex and/or existing systems., Advanced
ā¢ Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, C, Python, etc.)., Advanced
ā¢ Excellent communication skills both written and verbal., Advanced
ā¢ Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure), Proficient
ā¢ Knowledge of database technologies (e.g. cloud, SQL, Oracle, Mongo DB, PostgreSQL, etc.), Advanced
ā¢ Fundamental knowledge of software engineers' best practices, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Advanced
ā¢ Knowledge of test-first practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD) for unit tests and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) for automated acceptance tests, Advanced
ā¢ Strong experience with Deployment/Continuous Integration/ Continuous Testing/ Continuous Delivery processes and tools and have expertise in CI/CD tools and framework, Advanced
ā¢ Knowledge of Code quality and promotion practices, Advanced
ā¢ Strong Java development experience, proficiency in Java frame works (spring/spring boot, MVC, data security etc), experience working with JVM internals, trouble shooting and resolving issues.
ā¢ Understanding of APIs, onboarding / working in AWS cloud.
ā¢ Strong experience in cloud technologies such as containerization. docker, Kubernetes.
ā¢ Front end technologies - HTML, CSS, JS, and JS frameworks such as react, angular etc
ā¢ Experience dealing with data base, sql expert level and mainframe exposure.
ā¢ Knowledge and experience with AI technologies such as LLM and developing agents.
