Position: Pediatric Nurses
Type: Contract
Compensation: $55ā$65/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical outputs for pediatric scenarios.
ā¢ Validate medical accuracy, safety, and adherence to clinical guidelines.
ā¢ Annotate and structure pediatric patient cases for AI training datasets.
ā¢ Provide expert feedback on diagnosis, treatment plans, and care recommendations.
ā¢ Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in AI-generated responses.
ā¢ Collaborate with technical teams to improve model performance.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ Active RN license (U.S.)
ā¢ 5+ years of pediatric nursing experience (hospital, PICU, NICU, or clinic)
ā¢ Strong understanding of pediatric care standards and protocols
ā¢ Excellent written communication skills
ā¢ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred
ā¢ Familiarity with evidence-based guidelines (AAP, CDC, etc.)
ā¢ Prior exposure to healthcare technology, informatics, or AI tools
ā¢ Experience reviewing or training clinical staff
ā¢ Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
