This role requires an experienced key account manager to develop commercial strategies, negotiate deals, and build client relationships to optimize growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute commercial strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunitiesNegotiate complex, high-value deals with merchants and partners, ensuring optimal pricingBuild and nurture client relationships by understanding their needs, aligning Kody’s products and services with their goals, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-sellingWork closely with Customer Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing account management for all merchants, optimising customer experience and reducing churnIdentify market trends and new revenue opportunities, influencing Kody’s vision and business strategyRepresent the voice of the customer, providing insights to the product and technology teams to drive continuous improvementEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including referral partners and key industry playersSkills5+ years of experience in payment industry and deep industry expertise in global payments (ideally from companies such as Global Payments, WorldPay, Fiserv, or similar)Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growthStrong negotiation and deal closing skills, along with experience working with complex sales cyclesExperience working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to optimise the commercial functionA proactive and adaptable mindset that thrives in a fast moving, high growth and pressurised environmentStrong communication and relationship building abilities with both internal stakeholders and external partnersBenefitsCompetitive salary, commission and benefits package.Company OverviewAgentic Commerce Platform modernising larger businesses with physical locations.
