Responsibilities
Ā Receive incoming calls and inquiries from patients.

Ā Support the interdisciplinary coordinated care delivery model through various support duties.

Ā Communicate clearly and professionally with patients to improve access and understanding.
Requirements
Ā A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a call center environment or scheduling experience.

Ā Preferred experience working in a Pediatric Department.

Ā Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs is required.
,
Ā Electronic medical record (EMR) experience or aptitude to master EMR based on other technology experience is required.

Ā Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking, customer service, and time management skills.
Nice-to-haves
Ā Working knowledge of patient-related documents is preferred.

Ā A bachelor's or other non-clinical degree combined with an interest in healthcare.
