Ensure the preparation and processing of accurate and timely federal, multi-state and multi-jurisdiction withholding tax payments and returns
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
Process periodic ACH payments on behalf of clientsProcess and file validation of periodic Federal, State and Local taxation filing on behalf of clientsAssist clients with any errors resulting from ACH and tax filingAssist in quarterly and annual taxation filing, reporting, compliance and reconciliationProvides the research, analysis and necessary reconciliation to respond to and resolve agency related payroll tax amendmentsExpected to quickly reprioritize work in order to minimize liability exposure for both clients and for NEOGOVSpecial projects and additional duties as assigned
