Payroll Data Entry Specialist
Candidate must have great attention to detail, be extremely proficient with numeral skills/data entry, and be able to work in a fast-paced, self-starter environment.
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for assisting with the preparation, distribution, and reporting processes.
This entry-level position has the primary responsibility of assisting with all payroll functions both in data entry as well as providing customer service to all company personnel.
Responsibilities:
Ā ?Review time sheets, process wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
Ā Compliance with established payroll policies and procedures
Ā Verify hours worked and pay adjustments
Ā Compute wages and deductions
Ā Maintain and update payroll records
Ā Produce, review, and upload quarterly reports for State and Government agencies
Ā Pay weekly taxes
Ā Positive pay/Direct Deposit/Pay Cards
Ā W2 processing
Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $29.31 - $43.25 per hour
