Job Summary:

As a Patient Support Care Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting patients with pharmacy-related services, working closely with insurance companies, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a full-time IQVIA employee.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to inbound calls and assist customers with pharmacy-related services
* Verify client information and conduct benefit investigations with insurance companies
* Complete prior authorizations with attention to detail and accuracy
* Assist patients with copay assistance programs and provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service
* Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices through ongoing training and education
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality results and improve procedures

Requirements:

* High school diploma required; associate's degree or higher preferred
* 2+ years of experience in medical billing, insurance verification, or similar patient services experience
* Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM and integrated telephony platforms
* Bilingual (Spanish) highly desirable
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment
