As a Patient Service Representative, you will assist members in navigating their healthcare journey by answering questions about benefits, claims, and provider options while advocating for necessary services and identifying cost-saving opportunities.ResponsibilitiesResolve inquiries efficiently by handling inbound/outbound calls, in both English and Spanish, and addressing concerns in a timely mannerShow empathy and support to members during difficult healthcare situationsProvide clear guidance on healthcare plans, billing, and provider optionsAdvocate for members by coordinating with providers and insurers to remove barriers to careWork collaboratively with internal teams to ensure accurate and seamless serviceMeet performance goals while continuously learning and developing expertise in healthcare navigationAll other duties as assignedSkillsHigh School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent requiredSpoken and written fluency in both English and SpanishPassion for helping others and ensuring a positive experience for membersAbility to think critically, use available resources, and adapt to evolving challengesComfortable handling phone conversations and emails professionally and efficientlyStrong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficientlyA consistent, reliable presence with a commitment to meeting work schedule expectations and a commitment to working within Quantum Health's policies, values and ethics, and protect the sensitive data entrusted to usEagerness to learn, take on new challenges, and develop professionally within the healthcare industryCollege coursework or degree is a plusBenefitsFlexible wellness programsAdditional leave policiesComprehensive benefits designed to support work-life balanceCompany OverviewQuantum Health provides advocacy and support for employee benefits and healthcare management.
