Position: Compliance & Regulatory Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $90ā$125/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Build long-horizon compliance tasks with deterministic rubrics to evaluate agent performance against verifiable ground truth.
ā¢ Develop scenarios in policy and program design, regulatory tracking, and assessments with checkable answers.
ā¢ Create policies and training materials covering required elements and defined curricula.
ā¢ Conduct rule change analyses with ground-truth applicability decisions.
ā¢ Design risk assessments with defined scoring and DPIAs with correct control mappings.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve task quality.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 3+ years in compliance, privacy, or regulatory affairs.
ā¢ Expertise in GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, SOX, AML/KYC, or the EU AI Act.
ā¢ Proficiency in producing compliance artifacts: policies, risk assessments, training materials, regulatory change memos.
ā¢ Clear written communication; ability to articulate reasoning and encode it into deterministic rubrics.
Preferred
ā¢ CIPP, CAMS, JD, or equivalent certifications.
Compensation & Legal
ā¢ Hourly contractor, Paid weekly.
