Patient Care Specialist - Remote

What You'll Do:
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment, and management of medical conditions.
Administer vaccinations and injections, providing patient education and counseling.
Manage patient appointments, conduct assessments, and ensure positive patient outcomes.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to maintain a cohesive care plan.
Empower patients to actively participate in their healthcare through health screenings and wellness programs.
Perform administrative duties such as opening/closing the clinic, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
Successful completion of the SPI test within 30 days of hire.
Ability to communicate effectively in English (Spanish proficiency preferred).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Ability to pass a FIT assessment and wear a respirator mask when required.
Bonus Points:
Prior experience as a student preceptor within a MinuteClinic setting.
Education & Requirements:
Graduate degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Accreditation and State licensure.
Or, Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or equivalent) with current National Board Accreditation and State licensure.
