Job Summary
We are hiring a compassionate Patient Care Executive (PCE) to assist patients with daily care needs and support nursing staff in delivering quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist patients with mobility, feeding, bathing, and personal hygiene
ā¢ Support nurses in routine patient care activities
ā¢ Monitor and report patient condition changes to nursing staff
ā¢ Help in patient transfer within hospital premises
ā¢ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient areas
ā¢ Provide emotional support and comfort to patients
ā¢ Follow hospital safety and infection control protocols
Qualifications & Requirements
ā¢ 10th / 12th pass
ā¢ Certification in Patient Care / Nursing Assistant (preferred)
ā¢ 0-2 years of experience (Freshers may apply)
ā¢ Willingness to work in shifts, including nights
Preferred Skills
ā¢ Caring and patient-focused attitude
ā¢ Basic healthcare knowledge
ā¢ Ability to work under supervision
ā¢ Good communication skills
