What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Contact patients regarding delivery of equipment and take patient orders
Verify patient information and ensure timely order placement
Accurately transcribe patient profiles and perform data entry
Resolve tracking issues and reschedule shipping orders as needed
Obtain necessary medical documentation and troubleshoot patient-related problems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
Strong customer service background
Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
Must be able to work five days a week, including weekends and evening shifts
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Knowledge of medical terminology
Experience using Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel
Previous experience in a call center or similar customer service role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
