This is a 03+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, Findlay, Athens, Cambridge, Lima, or Bowling Green, OH(Remote). Location: Remote (Must be located near Cleveland, Columbus, Toledo, Findlay, Athens, Cambridge, Lima, or Bowling Green, OH).
The Patient Care Advocate (PCA) conducts outreach to close HEDIS care gaps by scheduling appointments, educating members on benefits, and coordinating care.
This is a remote, outbound call role with occasional provider office visits.
Candidates must be self-motivated, Excel-proficient, and comfortable engaging with both members and providers.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Skills-Customer service.
2+ years in quality/healthcare.
Provider engagement.
Bachelor's in a healthcare-related field or equivalent experience.
