[Remote] Hospice Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will oversee enterprise account management, building strategic relationships and expanding partnerships to drive growth and increase referrals across assigned accounts.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies, tactics, and solutions to ensure the overall success and year-over-year growth of assigned accounts across all regions. Partner with leadership to understand specific needs, inform strategy, and identify potential service expansion opportunitiesStimulate, surface, and shape demand for AnewHealth’s solutions within the target marketCollaborate with internal teams to drive maximum utilization and engagement within assigned organizationsTrack key performance indicators to monitor referral volume, program utilization, market penetration, and outcomesConduct client visits (virtual and in-person) to maintain strong partnerships, address evolving needs, and uncover opportunitiesAttend and participate in industry conferences and events to build relationships, represent AnewHealth, and share our value proposition with prospective and current partnersShare insights and feedback from client interactions to help refine and improve internal workflows and service deliverySupport onboarding and implementation efforts for new health plan clients and referral programsStay current on healthcare policy, payor trends, and managed care initiatives to guide account strategyEnsure HIPAA and all applicable regulatory guidelines are followed in all communications and activitiesEmbody AnewHealth’s Core Values in all communications and interactionsOther duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or other health related field7+ years of experience in account management and/or sales ideally with post-acute health care organizations (e.g. home health, hospice, PACE, LTAC), Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or other managed care organizationsFamiliarity with the health system, including management workflows, risk-bearing models, and payor-provider collaborationFull understanding of the health market partnerships, including key thought leaders and how to best connect/align with themEffective verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas, manage change, and deliver valueEffective verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey ideas and value to diverse audiencesExperience engaging with both clinical and administrative stakeholders at all levels within payer organizationsProficient in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) and Microsoft Office SuiteSelf-starter with strategic planning ability and strong organizational skillsAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEmbodies AnewHealth's core values and mission-driven approachBenefitsMedical/dental/visionFlexible spendingCompany-paid life insurance and short-term disabilityVoluntary benefits401(k)Paid Time Off and paid holidaysMedical, dental and vision coverage are effective 1st of the month following date of hireCompany OverviewCarepathRx is transforming pharmacy care delivery for health systems and hospitals.
