Patient Account Analyst II - Remote

Location: Remote - Ohio Department: CBO Revenue Cycle Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Job Summary: POSITION SUMMARY If a patient has questions about a hospital or physician bill at ProMedica, the Patient Account Analyst will be there to answer. You will contact patients about registration, billing and collection. You will post payments, adjustments and denials to patient accounts and resolve any questions. This position is key to enhancing the patient experience at ProMedica. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. It should not be considered exhaustive. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent 1 year experience in medical registration, billing, customer service or collection. This is a remote position; however, employment is limited to residents of certain U.S. states due to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
