This role involves executing post order conversion requests, maintaining positive customer relations, and coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure timely handling of customer requests.ResponsibilitiesOrder Specialist is accountable for the execution of post order conversion request from the distribution/channel partner who serves as the Project Manager of the orderOrder Specialist develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within Schneider Electric to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely mannerOrder Specialist facilitates order maintenance and corrective action to address customers project needsOrder maintenance activities include but are not limited to: change orders; warranty claims; expedite request; shipping re consignments; coordination of services and system studies; freight claims; post-delivery quality issues; and claims resolutionThis customer facing role requires demonstrated account management and relationship development experienceOrder Specialist, while assigned a primary area of responsibility is part of a regional team that is collectively responsible for the timely resolution of customer requestSkillsBA Degree in a business or technical fieldAbility to work in a collaborative, high volume, fast paced, virtual team environmentAbility to build an environment and relationship of trust and credibility with team and customers.
