This role involves executing post order conversion requests, maintaining positive customer relations, and coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure timely handling of customer requests.ResponsibilitiesOrder Specialist is accountable for the execution of post order conversion request from the distribution/channel partner who serves as the Project Manager of the orderOrder Specialist develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within Schneider Electric to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely mannerOrder Specialist facilitates order maintenance and corrective action to address customers project needsOrder maintenance activities include but are not limited to: change orders; warranty claims; expedite request; shipping re consignments; coordination of services and system studies; freight claims; post-delivery quality issues; and claims resolutionThis customer facing role requires demonstrated account management and relationship development experienceOrder Specialist, while assigned a primary area of responsibility is part of a regional team that is collectively responsible for the timely resolution of customer requestSkillsBA Degree in a business or technical fieldAbility to work in a collaborative, high volume, fast paced, virtual team environmentAbility to build an environment and relationship of trust and credibility with team and customers. Establish, developing and maintain rapport with key contacts internally and externally via a digital platformEnsures prompt, thorough handling and follow up of all customer inquiries thru excellence in written and verbal communicationsFacilitates resolution of production, shipment scheduling, and/or invoicing problems of moderate complexityAbility to handle multiple projects using problem solving, attention to detail, strong time management, with organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to diplomatically navigate/facilitate effective conflict resolution across multiple groups of varying backgrounds and generationsAbility to work in an environment of ambiguity and execute best judgement based on researchFlexibility to positively adapt to the ever changing priorities for the immediate team, Schneider Electric and customerPositive demeanor with ability to effectively handle conflict internally and externally is a professional mannerTechnical aptitude to learn the basics of SE Electrical Distribution Products (e.g. panels, breakers, starters, switchboards), with the ability to comfortably work in Schneider Electric product selector and SE Advantage toolsRequired to have the ability to be a team player with excellent communication and demonstrated written and spoken 'soft skills'.
