We are expanding and looking for a dedicated Partner Solutions Specialist to support our Partner Solutions team in driving the ongoing success of our Pre-Approvals solution for existing financial institution partners. Roles and Responsibilities: • Support Partner Solutions team in managing relationships with small-to-medium sized financial institution partners on the Pre-Approvals solution, serving as an active contributor to partner success. • Assist in coordinating with financial institution partners and internal teams to develop, refresh, and deliver marketing collateral that drives awareness and engagement with the Pre-Approvals solution. • Research and compile best practices and recommendations to help partners optimize their use of the Pre-Approvals solution, delivering findings through the lead Partner Solutions Specialist. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including marketing, product, and Partner Solutions team — to support partner strategies and ensure timely resolution of partner needs. • Prepare campaign summaries, partnership reviews, and performance recaps that highlight key results and opportunities for growth, supporting the team in partner-facing presentations and reviews. • Assist with post-launch partner onboarding and training activities, ensuring partners are equipped to effectively leverage the Pre-Approvals solution and associated tools. • Document partner interactions, feedback, and outcomes in Salesforce and internal tracking tools to maintain accurate records and inform team planning. • Help communicate product updates and solution enhancements to assigned partners in coordination with the lead Partner Solutions Specialist. • Contribute to the development of partner-facing materials such as presentations, training guides, and success summaries in support of the broader Partner Solutions team. Skills and Qualifications • 3+ years experience in marketing or partnership management roles, preferably in financial services. • Experience managing clients/partners, and working with external agency resources. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficient in data analysis and interpretation. • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SalesForce. • Experience creating and using email campaign management tools. • Knowledge in web analytics tools such as Tableau. • Bachelor’s degree required. Base Salary The annual base salary for this position is between $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 depending upon experience and geography.
