Partner solutions engineer

We’ve built an incredibly deep partner ecosystem with Global system integrators (GSIs) that's scaling rapidly, and continue to co-create high-impact, vertical-specific solutions to jointly bring to enterprises across the Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail/CPG, and Technology sectors. As our first partner solutions architect, your primary role is to be a solution-minded thought-partner and consultant to our partners and their clients, and the technical lead to bring our joint generative AI solutions to production. The solutions we build with partners often involve integrations with other technologies and the creation of highly sophisticated AI applications and workflows built in Writer.You will also help enable our partners to use Writer’s AI Studio, our no-code/low-code solution our partners use to build custom AI applications at scale across their enterprise clients. Your creativity, proactivity, and thought leadership will help shape our entire culture. If you have a builder mentality, this is the role for you. You'll be reporting to our head of solutions architect, and collaborating closely with our Partner, Sales, customer success, and product teams. ‍♀️ Your responsibilities:Collaborate with our partner leads and GSI partners to identify the highest-impact solutions, with the highest level of repeatability, to build and distribute across our focus verticalsCo-design and co-build these joint solutions with your technical counterparts across our partnersScope business and technical requirements across our target accounts with partners, including tools, workflows, data structure, and integration points to ensure Writer can feasibly execute againstConduct discovery on existing processes across target accounts, identifying and quantifying current business pain and proposed impact of Writer’s solutions to addressAct as the technical lead for RFP responses and evaluations we conduct with our partnersManage relationships with technical GSI stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the Writer solutions, the broader AI and LLM landscape, as well as our customer’s ecosystem so you can offer prescriptive solution recommendationsWork alongside Product and Engineering to QA the outputs from the implementation, calibrate, and iterate until we have an optimal output ⭐️ Is this you?5+ years in technical customer facing roles, including 3+ years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecting, customer engineering, or even Product rolesHave worked with Fortune 500 customers for a high growth, B2B SaaS companyExperience with Python that you can build on top of Writer FrameworkExperience working with APIs, especially Generative AI servicesAn excellent communicator and collaborator, able to take complex technical concepts and translate to practical business language for non-technical audiencesHighly versatile, can lead a discovery session with multiple stakeholders, uncovering use cases and business pain, while also being able to have the technical acumen to address complex technical hurdlesCustomer outcome oriented: a laser focus on delivering solutions that create meaningful business resultsTenured problem solver, able to identify the root cause of issues and work collaboratively to resolve Experience working across many customer stakeholders and teamsPreviously been a top-performing SA and have sold 1M+ deals in highly regulated spaces#LI-Hybrid Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees)Generous PTO, plus company holidaysMedical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your familyPaid parental leave for all parents (12 weeks)Fertility and family planning supportEarly-detection cancer testing through GalleriFlexible spending account and dependent FSA optionsHealth savings account for eligible plans with company contributionAnnual work-life stipends for:Home office setup, cell phone, internetWellness stipend for gym, massage/chiropractor, personal training, etc.Learning and development stipendCompany-wide off-sites and team off-sitesCompetitive compensation, company stock options and 401kWriter is an equal-opportunity employer and is committed to diversity.
