Partner Program & Event Marketing Manager – Maternity Cover, 12 Month FTC

Job Description:
• Manage and evolve floLIVE’s global partner program, ensuring effective execution across regions.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to tailor program implementation to local market needs.
• Develop and oversee a structured partner education and enablement plan, equipping partners with the tools and knowledge to represent and sell our solutions effectively.
• Own and optimize the partner portal as the central hub for communications, training, and resources.
• Monitor partner engagement and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve program effectiveness and revenue contribution.
• Drive continuous improvements to partner processes, communication, and engagement.
• Plan and execute global and regional event marketing initiatives, including trade shows, industry conferences, and customer roundtables.
• Identify and prioritize events aligned with company growth strategy and target market engagement.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to define event objectives and ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
• Oversee event logistics, activation strategy, and post-event follow-up.
• Measure, analyze, and report on performance to maximize ROI and inform future strategy.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience managing partner or channel programs in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable partner-driven revenue growth.
• Strong experience in event marketing and event execution.
• Fluent user of Salesforce (reporting, pipeline tracking, partner management).
• Confident and practical experience using AI tools to drive productivity, reporting, content creation, and workflow optimization.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently engage and build relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent project management and organizational capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking performance metrics.
