Required Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in partner operations, business program management, or customer success roles. • Proficiency • Strong understanding of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem and investment programs. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work across cultures and time zones. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong Excel skills are essential. • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
